This recreation of Alexander Girard's 'Eden' illustrates the effective use of Adobe Illustrator. This design required the use of the pen tool to accurately recreate the overall design challenge. Additionally, this challenge required precision and attention to detail to achieve the completed design effectively. 

This recreation of Alexander Girard's work, 'Hand with Flower,' was created with Adobe Illustrator. During revisions, the image had lines that were altered to resemble the provided image more closely. The leaves were refined to display more sharp edges than Girard’s original image and the branches were recreated to portray a conjoined image instead of individual branches. This allows viewers of the recreation to see the image as amalgamate not with unneeded points within the dimension

This Challenge illustrates competencies in typography. The 8 quotes were added to abstractly reflect the image of a tree. The fonts chosen provided readability and versatility within the design without creating an overly complex/flashy design. The simplicity keeps the focus on content and the overall design composition. 

The Earth Day street banner was created using Adobe Photoshop. The lion was depicted looking up at the Title to draw the typography into the design and create a more immersive feel to the design.  The black background provided contrast for the lighter-colored animals and allowed the green ivy and blue earth to pop in the design.
